Explanatory statement: International shipping policy and customs duties

We always strive to provide the best shopping experience and ensure our products reach you with the highest quality standards. In our commitment to complete transparency and integrity in all our dealings, we would like to clarify the procedure for international shipments:
what You pay him For the store : The shipping fees collected when completing the order at the "Solareez" store cover the cost of international transport of the shipment from our warehouses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the destination country only.
Fees country Destination ( at (Receipt ): Please note that international orders may be subject to additional fees upon arrival in the recipient's country, over which the store has no control. These fees include:

Fees Customs duties : These are imposed on imports by government agencies and customs in the destination country.
Fees clearance Administrative : Additional fees charged by shipping companies (such as Aramex and others) in exchange for providing customs clearance services on behalf of the client.

All fees mentioned above are levied and collected by the official authorities and shipping companies in the recipient's country and are not included in Solarize's revenue in any way. The customer is fully responsible for paying these amounts to the shipping company upon receiving the order.
