Time period: • Solariz customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. 2. Product acceptance conditions: To accept a return or exchange request, the product must meet the following conditions: • The product is in its original condition, unused, and the tags are not removed. • The product is in its original packaging with all accessories (glasses box, cloth, warranty card, and any other attachments). • Attach the purchase invoice or order number. • Important note: If the product arrives and is found to be used, damaged (due to misuse), or incomplete, the store has the right to refuse the request and return the product to the customer at their own expense. 3. Shipping costs: • In case of a manufacturing defect or error in the order: The Solariz store bears all shipping costs (return of the defective product and sending the replacement) or refund the full amount to the customer, and the customer will not bear any additional costs. • If the customer wishes to return or exchange (without a manufacturing defect): If the product is intact but the customer wants to change or return it (due to size mismatch or general taste): • The customer bears the cost of the shipping label to return the product to our warehouse. • The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount. • In case of an exchange, the customer bears the shipping fees for the new product. 4. Refund mechanism: • Once the product arrives at our warehouses, the quality team will inspect it to ensure its condition. • After passing the inspection, the refund process will begin. • The refund to your bank account or credit card may take between 3 to 14 working days (depending on the issuing bank’s policy).
